Teen Mom's Catelynn Lowell Is Sporting That New Mommy Glow While Introducing Her Former Adoption Counselor To Her Baby Girl!

It’s been almost a month since Teen Mom‘s Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra welcomed their second child into the fold and the couple are doing fabulous!

The 22-year-old reunited with her friend and adoption consultant Dawn Baker on Monday. Catelynn even retweeted a sweet reunion picture Dawn posted on Twitter!
Dawn documented the precious time she spent with Novalee Reign and wrote:

It’s so sweet to see these two have remained good friends!
When Catelynn had her first daughter, Carly, she made the difficult decision of putting her baby up for adoption and Dawn was her counselor.
Since then, the two time mom and her longtime fiancé have been advocates for adoption, all because they had a great experience and made a long lasting friendship with their mentor.
