Farrah Abraham got one of her many implants removed from her body, but it wasn’t this one!
The Teen Mom actually got her CHIN implant taken out!
The woman of many talents did the procedure down at the Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery Associates in Miami, and after a 40 minute procedure – the deed was done!
Could this mean Farrah may want to be less plastic and more real?? That would be wonderful!
Word is, she’ll be revealing more about the surgery, including her AFTER pics on an upcoming episode of The Doctors!
We’ll have to wait and find out!
