Jenelle Evans has already claimed that her assault charges were backwards and that it was husband Courtland Rogers who did the hitting.
Now she’s disputing the heroin possession charges as well!
The Teen Mom star is officially claiming the 12 bindles of heroin police found in her house weren’t hers.
What, she was just holding it for a friend?
Nope! Jenelle says she didn’t even know it was there!
Well, that takes care of one tenth of the law, but we’re pretty sure possession still makes up the other nine tenths!
Jenelle’s lawyer Dustin Sullivan has his work cut out for him, but he says he’s confident they will beat all the charges!
That makes one of us! We’ll just have to hear her side of the story!
