Uh oh!
Teen Mom 2‘s Jenelle Evans was hospitalized over the weekend after a call to the police was made from her North Carolina home.

Police have confirmed to People that “an assault” call was made to authorities by a female on October 13 from Jenelle’s home. The request for an ambulance was canceled and “the female was transported to the hospital via private vehicle instead.”
The mom of three has yet to say anything about what happened, but her rep commented to the site that Jenelle “had friends over Saturday night and they had a bonfire on her property” where “Jenelle ended up tripping and falling by the fire.”
We hope she’s ok!
