Yikes! Teresa Giudice’s daughter Milania is reportedly recovering after a car crash on Friday.
According to police documents obtained by TMZ on Tuesday, the 18-year-old was “involved” in a collision in New Jersey. Apparently, the teen’s Mercedes-Benz convertible “collided with another car” in the town of Boonton. That said, there was reportedly some contention over who was to blame. Milania claimed the other driver ran a stop sign, traveled through an intersection, and then hit her. Meanwhile, the other driver argued that they made a full stop, looked both ways before pulling into the intersection, and then still somehow got hit by Milania. Hmm.
Per the outlet, cops sided with Milania, stating in the report the accident occurred due to the other driver’s “inattention and failing to yield to the right of way.” So that’s good news for her. Though obviously it doesn’t lessen any pain or trauma from the crash…

Also, the family’s attorney, James Leonard, confirmed the accident and stated the family “are extremely grateful that nobody was hurt. That’s all that matters.” So true!
It’s unclear how much damage was done — but enough the car had to be towed from the scene. It was also reportedly a new Mercedes that still had temporary tags on it. Bummer! But at least nobody was injured! You can see a look at the apparent crash site HERE.
While the reality star’s child is recovering from the incident, it didn’t stop the family from celebrating her high school graduation over the weekend. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star threw her daughter a party in honor of the milestone, and they both uploaded several pics showing off all her University of Tampa-inspired gifts. Look:
