Don’t believe everything you read!
Reports recently surfaced that Teresa Giudice’s home was raided by the federal government. Anonymous sources said the Fed seized the Giudices’ possessions — including her four daughters’ Christmas gifts — because she and her husband Joe failed to set up a restitution payment plan (they were ordered to pay $400,000+ during their October sentencing).

It sounded way too grinchy — and fishy — to us. Turns out the reports were untrue!
A rep for the embattled Real Housewives of New Jersey star revealed:
“There is no truth to this rumor. It is 100 percent fabricated.”
The U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of New Jersey and the Morris County Sheriff’s Office also confirmed no such raid took place.
Sources close to the family also denied rumors that Joe Giudice plans to file for divorce when Teresa reports to jail on January 5, 2015, but revealed the couple is going through a “rough time.”
So it looks like the Giudices will be spending their final Christmas together as a family, and with gifts.
