UPDATE: Teresa has officially been sentenced in her case! The reality star will spend 15 months behind bars! The sentences of her and her husband Joe will be staggered. So this means that Teresa will serve her time first, and then Joe will serve his. She is expected to report to jail on January 5th, 2015!

Teresa Giudice ‘s future is still up in the air, but we DO have news about her hubby.
Joe Giudice has been sentenced for wire and tax fraud to 41 months of prison, with supervised release for two years following. He will also have to pay up $414,588.90 due immediately, along with paying $10,000 in fines! On a kind of upside, the judge reported that immigration services will not act on his deportation case until his time is served. So at least he’ll still have time to figure things out with his family.

After an incredibly long sentencing that started early this morning, Teresa is waiting on what her future holds. However, if she ends up with jail in her future, it is believed Teresa would serve her time first so that their children are not left alone.
Unfortunately, we do know the future holds jail time for Joe.
