Terminally Ill Jade Goody's Sunday Wedding Details

From all accounts, the Sunday wedding of British reality TV star Jade Goody went off beautifully!
However, don’t expect to see any pics or footage of the special day until the celebrity-centric magazine and TV production company who paid $2.18 million for her wedding day rights are ready to share them with the world.
We can’t wait to see how Jade looked in her Harrod’s wedding dress!
Jade and her guy, Jack Tweed, celebrated their nuptials with 200 guests outside of London at the Down Hall Country Court Hotel in Hatfield Heath, Essex.
Jade and Jack planned the wedding in only nine days, but were reportedly flooded with offers for help and financial assistance from well-wishers to help cover the $4.6 million bill.
The ailing TV star arrived to her wedding 45 minutes late by helicopter and was given away by her 70-year old grandfather, John Caddock.
Jade lost all her hair during chemotherapy and chose not to wear a wig for her wedding day.
Her rep, uber PR man Max Clifford, said, “She didn’t want to wear a wig. She was bald and proud.”
In fact, on Saturday, Miz Goody’s bridesmaids were spotted sporting skull caps in homage to the bride!
Medical staff were on standby at the wedding as Jade had had a difficult night before the wedding and needed heavy medical assistance to cope with the severe pain the cancer is causing.
Despite the pain, Jade battled through and stood for most of the 40-minute ceremony. However, she was forced to ask for a chair towards the end as exhaustion set in. Jack knelt beside her for the time she was unable to stand so that they could maintain eye contact. Jade’s PR guy went on to report that she had been in good spirits during the ceremony but the couple wept as they exchanged vows.
Immediately after the ceremony, Jade summoned the strength to do an exhausting two-hour photoshoot for the celebrity magazine, which was part of the deal.
She then slept for a couple of hours to regain some strength for the dinner celebration with friends and family.
According to reports, more than $145,000 worth of food and drink was enjoyed by guests.
The yummy food on the menu included, Lobster Tagliatelle, Aberdeen Angus Steak and Sticky Toffee pudding.
Jade and Jack also had a spectacular seven-tier wedding cake whipped up for their day!
The bride went on to wow her family and friends with her incredible will by giving a 30-minute speech at the wedding reception.
According to accounts, Jade brought guests to tears and laughter as she admitted she was “praying for a miracle” after being given only weeks to live.
Contrary to initial reports, the Brit girl group the Sugarbabes, not Girls Aloud, performed at the wedding.
And, things ended with a bang! A dazzling fireworks topped off the special night.
Though Jack and Jade won’t have a proper honeymoon because Jade is too ill, they were able to spend their first night together as husband and wife in one of the hotel’s ground-floor rooms. As we’ve mentioned before, recently paroled Jack had to get special permission from authorities to stay out well past his 7pm curfew for the wedding.
Jade’s mom, Jackiey Budden, told the media, “Don├óΓé¼Γäót feel sorry for Jade – she├óΓé¼Γäós a miracle. This is a happy occasion and I├óΓé¼Γäóm so proud of her.”
Congratulations, Jade and Jack.
We wish you all the happiness in the days you two will have as husband and wife!
