Terry Crews' Sexual Assault Case Against WME Agent Has Been 'Declined' -- Find Out Why!

no title
Authorities have dropped the ball on Terry Crews‘ sexual assault case.
It’s been reported that the Los Angeles City Attorney and Los Angeles County District Attorney have both rejected the Brooklyn Nine-Nine actor’s criminal complaint against WME agent Adam Venit for allegedly grabbing his gonads at a party.
According to the court docs, the D.A. argued that the alleged encounter did not rise to the level of a felony because “the suspect did not make contact with the victim’s skin when he grabbed the victim’s genitals and there is no restraint involved.”

The city attorney declined the filing due to statue of limitation. The incident occurred in February 2016, well beyond the one-year statue for a misdemeanor.
Venit was suspended from William Morris Endeavor following an internal investigation into the incident, and returned to work after 30 days.
