If you watched season 14 of The Bachelor, you’ll know exactly who Gia Allemand (above) is — and we’re sad to report that she’s now in a New Orleans hospital, listed in critical condition. At just 29 years old, things like this are unimaginable.
She was rushed to the hospital “following a serious emergency medical event” on Monday night. We have no idea what that means, or what happened, but the statement came directly from ABC so it’s important enough for a huge network to update fans of the show.
Her mother and her boyfriend, NBA player Ryan Anderson, are by her side. Here’s just a little more from the statement from ABC:
“On behalf of the family, we kindly ask for privacy at this time.”
