Remember when Oklahoma Senate passed a bill that defines life as beginning at conception, which would effectively ban all abortions in the state, even in cases of rape and medical emergency?
WELL, since the state is telling women what to do with their bodies, state Senator Constance Johnson has proposed an amendment that would ban men from depositing semen ANYWHERE except inside a woman’s vagina.
Of course, this would outlaw whacking it… but these are “human lives” we’re talking about. Sacrifices MUST be made! LOLZ!
