Jon & Kate Gosselin head back to court today, where a judge will determine whether or not contempt proceedings against Jon either of them are necessary.
The last time the two reality parents were in court, the judge ordered Jon to return the $180,000 he took from the account. Or as Jon likes to think it was only $155,000.
As of today, the $152,000 check Jon magically pulled of his ass has not bounced.
Douchebag’s lawyer Mark Heller says Jon is in “complete compliance” and Kate will be the one who’s in contempt today after she took out $55,000.
But have no fear, Mark Momjian, Kate’s lawyer that’s allowed to practice in Pennsylvania unlike someone we know, says Kate has itemized how she spent that money and has turned in the paperwork before the deadline.
We’re sure Jon and his lawyer will be speaking to the media right after meeting with the judge.
