The Internet Thinks Trump Is Totally Copying Zohran Mamdani’s Style After Their Meeting! Do YOU See It??

The Internet Thinks Trump Is Totally Copying Zohran Mamdani’s Style After Their Meeting! Do YOU See It??

Does Donald Trump have new fashion inspiration?

The President has come to develop quite a predictable fashion sense. You know, just the usual suit and tie… Typically a black suit and white shirt for that matter, with either a red, blue, or yellow tie. But after recently meeting with New York’s Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani, he threw a curveball in his closet.

Over the weekend, a clip went viral on social media of Trump speaking with Fox News, but not in his typical uniform. Instead of the suit and tie we’ve come to expect, the 79-year-old opted for a deep red scarf under a black overcoat. See (below):

On X (Twitter), users quickly began comparing the look to those regularly worn by Mamdani, and joked that Trump has become infatuated with the 34-year-old:

“What is he wearing?”

“habibi, i brought something for you. i want you to wear it. i want you to feel beautiful”

“It’s called ‘the Mamdani’. Trump dressed up for his crush. He’s all excited again.”

“Trump got one little crush and started dressing like”

“Trump is really dressing to impress?”

“Donald Trump has fallen in love, again. Looks like the old man took some fashion tips from Mamdani, too.”

“Has he adopted Mamdani’s hair style? Single White POTUS?”

A doctored image has even since begun floating around the web showing Mamdani wearing a similar outfit prior to Trump. See the original and color-edited versions (below):

Others compared Trump’s look to The Office’s Michael Scott, Anchorman’s Ron Burgundy, Star Wars’ Sith Lord Emperor Palpatine, and even former President Barack Obama! See (below):

So what do YOU think, Perezcious readers?? Is Trump poaching Mamdani’s style? Let us know in the comments down below!
