The Office cutie Mindy Kaling‘s pilot, It├óΓé¼Γäós Messy, is one of three single-camera-comedies just picked up by FOX.
Mindy’s show stars…. MINDY, as a young doctor trying to figure out her life and her job. It’s not a totally original story, but we are really optimistic!
She’s bringing her Office BF, BJ Novak, onto her show to executive produce (together forevzies!), and possibly Ed Helms as a recurring role.
The network hopes to pair It├óΓé¼Γäós Messy will it’s popular “adorkable” comedy, The New Girl.
Fox’s other new comedies are: 1) The Goodwin Games, about siblings fighting over a families fortune; and 2) Ben & Kate, which sounds like a modern take on Charles In Charge.
We can hardly wait for the new TV season to start!!
