Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Emily Blunt are costars in the upcoming movie Jungle Cruise, but despite the fact that they may be seen as equally important actors on screen, they sure aren’t getting paid that way!!

Sources tell TMZ that the former pro wrestler is getting a cool $22 million to play the lead male character in the movie, while Blunt — playing the equal-and-opposite female lead — is getting just $9 million. WTF?!?!
We’ve long been following the gender pay gap controversy in Hollywood, and while change seemed like it was going to really come for a while there, here is yet another example showing we are much further from equality than we should be.
Despicable!!
