The Situation was ARRESTED Monday after allegedly brawling with his brother Frank at their family tanning salon in New Jersey!
Yikes! Talk about a sticky, well, situation!
It all started when police responded to a 911 call at Boca Tanning Salon.
They found the two of them fighting and eventually wound up slapping cuffs on the Jersey Shore star and charging him with assault!
His brother Frank, meanwhile, wasn’t even booked!
We aren’t sure why they started fighting in the first place, but The Situation is expected to get out of jail today on a $500 bond.
