Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is simultaneously entering the happiest time and the hardest time of his life.
He just married his college sweetheart Lauren Pesce last week — but he’s ALSO staring down the barrel of an eight month bid in prison for tax evasion.

So how are they getting ready for his impending incarceration? They’re trying to get pregnant!
The Situation told Us Weekly over the weekend:
“We’ve been working on it the past week, so we’ll see.”
Mike and Lauren each have three siblings and are firm in their desire for a big family. She explained:
“We like chaos and a busy, loud home. I think we would definitely want at least three, but we have none right now, so that’s pretty ambitious.”
The Situation naturally said he wants a boy first.
If she does get knocked up before he gets locked up, the Jersey Shore star could actually miss the birth of his first child.
He’ll spend eight months on the inside — only about one and a half longer than his kid would be on the inside — and he’s due to surrender himself January 15, which is just over two months away.
It’s also possible he could get out just in time for the birth after skipping the entire pregnancy. Do they do Lamaze classes in prison??
In any case, this down-to-the-wire tension sounds like good reality TV to us…
