This is AH-MAYZING!
It may be flu season, but according to reports, the illness has decreased throughout the nation!!
On Friday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention revealed:
“Influenza activity remained elevated in the United States, but decreased in most areas.”
Currently, 38 states shared that influenza was lingering around, but this is really good news because only a week ago, 42 states reported the illness.
However, with the flu decreasing in numbers, “pneumonia and influenza (P&I) was above the epidemic threshold.”
With that said, anyone who is suffering from the flu virus should make their way over to the doctor because even though the numbers are down, it’s best to catch the bug upfront before it turns into a monster! LOLz
