Michelle Lally is ready to reveal the identity of the man she became close to — possibly too close for comfort!
During the debut season of The Valley, a few cast members accused the real estate agent of cheating on her now ex-husband Jesse Lally with a super famous director! She apparently had been hanging out with the guy a lot at the time. Sketchy! However, Michelle has insisted they were only friends, nothing more, and Jesse maintained on the show that he trusted her.
However, Jax Taylor was sure they were a little more than just good pals! Even Kristen Doute claimed she was at least having an “emotional affair” with a “secret boyfriend” during their marriage.
Crucially, however, they never revealed the identity of her alleged beau on camera. Just that he was a super famous filmmaker.
The only clue the cast gave was that he hung out at a luxury Los Angeles hotel with her, and that is it. But now, Michelle is ready to reveal his identity! During a new episode of her Pursuit of Sassiness on Monday with her boyfriend, Aaron Nosler, she said the person is none other than… Quentin Tarantino!
What!
According to Michelle, she was hanging out at the luxury hotel in El Lay one day when they first met:
“One day, I was hanging out there and he’s actually sitting next to me. I don’t really quite know who he is, but I see that everybody’s looking at him and wanting to talk to him. And I’m not paying any attention.”
However, she decided to strike up a conversation — not about his super beloved films like Kill Bill or Pulp Fiction. No, she decided to network and discuss real estate! Michelle recalled:
“It was just very good back and forth. He told me about the first time he bought his house and what it was like becoming a famous director while he was living in an apartment in West Hollywood. It’s a great conversation.”
During the chat, Michelle texted Jesse — since he’s a big fan of the Oscar winner. He, of course, wanted to come over and chill with them, but she put a stop to it! Why? It was mommy’s day out, and he had to stay home with their daughter!
“[Jesse] wanted to hang out. He wanted to have fun. He wanted to have his moment. I’m like, ‘No, you hang out with [our daughter] Isabella. This is my moment.’ This was my day. And I took care of our child every day.”
Well, Michelle and Quentin really hit it off that day! However, she swears they never had an affair! If they did, it would have been bad on so many levels. Not just because she would have cheated on Jesse, but that would also have meant Tarantino cheated on his wife, Daniella Pick, whom he married in 2018! Yikes! What a mess! Instead, Michelle says they have been good friends ever since:
“To this day, he’s a friend of mine. I actually emailed him here and there. I even told him about our podcast. So maybe one day I’ll have him on if he has time or if he’s around. But he’s a great friend. He’s a great person, has a lovely wife and child, and that’s it.”
