The Wanted has officially announced that they’ll be taking a break “for a while” to pursue personal projects after their U.S. Word of Mouth Tour wraps!
Hey, at least they didn’t cancel it all together like the European leg!
The boys sugar-coated the important announcement by saying they’ll be debuting their new single and music video for Glow In The Dark off of the group’s latest album – but that barely cushions the blow.
In a statement on the site, a rep for the band explained:
“The band wants to stress to their fans that they will continue on as The Wanted and look forward to many successful projects together in the future. They thank their fans for their continued love and support and look forward to seeing them on tour.”
This is fine and dandy – but we have a feeling it’s just foreshadowing an inevitable breakup!
