Country singer Mindy McCready is going back to the place she loves the most.
Jail!
The 32 year old, was arrested in June and we told you she’d probably be back in jail again before the year was over.
And we were right.
According to a statement by her reps, Mindy will voluntarily surrender herself to authorities next Tuesday to serve 60 days for a probation violation in Tennessee.
McCready’s attorney, Lee Ofman, said in the statement, “The successful completion of this sentence will satisfy her obligation to the State of Tennessee resulting from her probation violation.”
Her arrest was back in June for violating her probation for prescription drug fraud.
As for McCready, she said in the statement, “I am working very hard to put all of this behind me as quickly as possible so I can get back to what I like to do most: sing, write songs, and entertain.”
How exactly is she working hard at that?
She added, “I would like to thank my fans for their unwavering support as I continue to work on my recovery and to regain custody of my precious son, Zander.”
There’s a shocker, McCready still has fans???
