Yes, it’s true. Madonna and her husband of almost 8 years, Guy Ritchie, are getting divorced.

The singer’s publicist officially confirmed the news on Wednesday, and she made sure to point out in the statement that the couple have not agreed to a settlement.

Well, it might be getting very messy!

Sources confirm exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Madonna and Guy do NOT have a prenuptial agreement.

“Guy is a gold digger who was in from the get-go for the money,” a source tells us. “He forced her to have no prenup. He is nothing more than a wolf in a great sheep outfit!”
