There's Something About Paris...

Miz Hilton is busy in London promoting her new show, Paris Hilton’s British Best Friend.

And, we couldn’t help but notice that her lips were looking a bit plumper than usual on Tuesday.

However, last night Paris was spotted leaving dinner. And she looked glamorous as usual. But her lips looked damn HUGE!
