Have you heard of stand-up comedian Tig Notaro?
She’s one seriously funny woman who once did a stand-up comedy show the day she was diagnosed with breast cancer!
Tig is one of the bravest, strongest women we’ve ever heard of. She did something most people literally have nightmares about: went up on stage and forgot her underwear. On purpose!!
Tig performed topless at Town Hall in NYC just last Thursday.
It wasn’t just brave, it was beyond that. It was a statement. Tig had a double mastectomy to treat her cancer and never had reconstructive surgery.

She rocked her scars for the last 20 minutes of her performance! That is seriously one of the most courageous things we’ve ever heard.
Sadly, Tig had to cancel a Sunday performance after she was hospitalized for a medical emergency.
Her Facebook said:
“Tig’s Boston show tonight will unfortunately have to be rescheduled due to an unforeseen hospitalization. Everyone’s patience and understanding is much appreciated. Thank you.”
An identical message later said the same thing about her Denver show too.
Hopefully she’s back on the road and making people laugh in no time!
