As we mentioned last month, rapper DMX was in Miami waiting for Arizona authorities to pick him up as he has to face drug and animal cruelty charges there.
Well, according to Maricopa County Sheriff’s officials, DMX has been transfered and is now in custody in a Phoenix jail.
He’s currently being held on a $25,000 cash bond.
No trial date has been set yet for his many offenses.
This has just been a year full of jail time and court cases for DMX.
Someone needs to go to rehab, and fast!
