Another damning report has come out suggesting Todd Chrisley does not know best after all.
As we reported, the reality star and his wife Julie were indicted Tuesday on multiple federal charges; including tax evasion, bank fraud, wire fraud, and conspiracy. After turning themselves in, the couple pled not guilty in court and have denied any wrongdoing.
But now, the Chrisley Knows Best patriarch is being accused of something even more heinous by his estranged daughter, Lindsie, who claims Todd tried extorting her with a sex tape to get her to lie about a certain family “incident”!
According to TMZ, the starlet — who has been noticeably absent from recent episodes of the fam’s reality series — filed a police report last month in Georgia, alleging her brother, Chase (pictured above with Todd and Lindsie), and her father were harassing and threatening her with a sex tape she believes Chase purchased.

In the report, the eldest daughter of the Chrisley clan claimed her dad and brother threatened to release the tape if she didn’t lie on behalf of the family. Sources close to the situation say the lie was related to her testimony about the family tax drama.
Todd has denied his daughter’s claims, unsurprisingly, insisting the 29-year-old is lying. Todd reportedly said he and Chase didn’t purchase the sex tape — which allegedly features a Bachelor star (!?) — telling the outlet:
“Although our hearts are broken, Lindsie is our daughter and we will always love her.”
That doesn’t mean he trusts her, though. Sources close to Todd tell TMZ he suspects she might be part of the reason he and his wife were indicted in the first place!
However, the momma of one’s attorney, Musa Ghanayem, denies Lindsie was the one who snitched on her family. He said in a statement to E! News:
“The circumstances Todd and Julie find themselves in, is quite unfortunate. It was reported that Lindsie was the source of the information that led to her father’s arrest. That is untrue, she was not the source of this information.”
Either way, there’s been no shortage of Chrisley family drama as of late.

The statement from her attorney went on to explain why Lindsie has distanced herself from the brood, adding:
“Lindsie has been a constant target of lies, harassment and threats from her family and as a result, has been distancing herself from the Chrisley family since 2017. Lindsie is currently processing the events that have unfolded. We will continue to cooperate with law enforcement and pray for a just resolution.”
Lindsie alluded to the family drama earlier this week in a telling post on her Instagram Stories. She shared a quote reading:
“Stepping away from toxicity will be the hardest & smartest thing you ever do…”
Another statement read:
“Be grateful that certain things didn’t work out. Sometimes you don’t even know what you’re being protected from or where you’re being guided to when you’re in the midst of chaos. That’s why you just have to trust that greater things are aligning for you. Let go gracefully.”
That seems to be what Lindsie is doing, as fans noticed the Coffee Convos podcast co-host doesn’t follow any of her immediate family members on social media these days.
As for her police report, law enforcement sources say her case in Georgia has been dismissed because the alleged threat and harassment went down in Tennessee. We’ll have to wait and see if she plans to refile in that state.
