You most likely won’t ever catch Tom Holland on a red carpet with Zendaya! Not when it’s not absolutely necessary, that is.
As Perezcious readers know, the Spider-Man co-stars have been dating since 2021. And over the past four years of their relationship, while we’ve seen them out on public dates like at the NBA playoffs, we’ve barely seen them walk a premiere or awards show together!

The last time we saw them posing on the carpet together was for the 2021 film Spider-Man: No Way Home! Tom didn’t even step out to pose with her for her recent projects, Dune: Part Two or Challengers.
Why is that?
Wouldn’t you want your partner by your side during big film premiere moments? Tom actually has a very touching explanation as to why he doesn’t walk the carpet with Zendaya. He doesn’t want to risk ever taking away the spotlight from her! He told Men’s Health for a cover story on Thursday:
“Because it’s not my moment, it’s her moment, and if we go together, it’s about us.”
Aww!
Although we would love more Tomdaya red carpet moments, we cannot deny how sweet it is that he makes sure these events are all about her! BF goals! Hear lots more from him (below):
