'Topless' Photo Gets Iranian Actress Banned From Iran
So dumb!
A beautiful Iranian actress has been banned from her home country because of this tasteful “nude” photo (above) she took for a French magazine.
Golshifteh Farahani, who played opposite Leonardo DiCaprio and Russell Crowe in Body of Lies, and is SUPER famous in Iran — but was just informed she’s not welcomed back.
Farahani says that after her not-so-topless photograph was published in France├óΓé¼Γäós Madame Le Figaro magazine…

├óΓé¼┼ôI was told by a Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guide official that Iran does not need any actors or artists. You may offer your artistic services somewhere else.”

The Iranian government hasn’t been a fan of Farahani’s work for a long time.
The actress was forced to move to Paris back in 2008 after Iranian authorities said she broke a law by making a movie without permission. So crazy!
Gurlfriend is SO Brave! Her story reminds us to NEVER take our rights for granted!
