In order to accommodate communication in Iran – which, in the face of a possibly rigged election and consequential protests and information blockade has been using Twitter to spread news regarding – the microblogging site has rescheduled its maintenance downtime.
Twitter announced its plans via its blog, expressing gratitude for network partners NTT America for “being flexible in what is essentially an inflexible situation.”
