On Tuesday, one week before the new season of Teen Mom OG premieres, the couple took to social media announcing that they were expecting another child to join their daughter, Novalee — only for us to find out it was all a scam!

Although it was a joke, the MTV star did admit she was ready for another little one:
It didn’t take long before commenters started accusing the couple of being insensitive, which is when they each took to Twitter to address the haters:
