Tyrese Gibson Opens Up About Dealing With The Death Of Paul Walker - Watch His 1st Interview Since The Tragedy HERE

Paul Walker is gone, but certainly not forgotten!
His good friend and Fast & Furious co-star Tyrese Gibson recently opened up in his first interview since the tragedy and discussed what a wonderful man Walker was.
While sitting down with Arsenio Hall, Tyrese admitted what a toll Paul’s death understandably took on him, saying:

“I├óΓé¼Γäóve never been depressed in my life but I was very, very sad and down and it took me a minute to shake it.├óΓé¼┬¥

But it was the fans who helped lift not just his sorrows but all of cast and crew from Fast & Furious. Tyrese made sure to thank them all on-air, saying:

“All of the prayers and tweets and posts and Instagrams that you├óΓé¼Γäóve sent all of us. We love y├óΓé¼Γäóall and appreciate y├óΓé¼Γäóall and just├óΓé¼┬ªthank you. It means a lot.├óΓé¼┬¥

The question remains though – how will producers handle Paul’s sudden passing when it comes time to get to work on FF7?
Arsenio asked Tyrese if he knew of any plans in place for the next installment. Tyrese answered:

“That├óΓé¼Γäós all stuff that├óΓé¼Γäós being figured out now. There├óΓé¼Γäós a lot of sensitivities around how to move forward. This is my first interview since it happened. What gave me my smile again is really thinking about the fact that I├óΓé¼Γäóve never seen him cry, I’ve never seen him sad and his energy was always up. So I was like, ├óΓé¼╦£why would I be crying and sad and messed up.├óΓé¼Γäó├óΓé¼┬¥

We certainly lost a good one. But we’re so glad you got your smile back, Tyrese!
Our thoughts are still with you!
