Shaunisha Danielle Brown (pictured above, via mugshot) has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault after allegedly stabbing the two passengers during a rideshare gone wrong in August, Georgia this week, per media reports.
Passenger Daniel Millard — who was using the rideshare app with two other female passengers — said that it was just an average ride until Brown got offended by something one of the riders allegedly said.
Millard recounted the story to the media (below):
“The Uber driver showed up we all get in. Everything is fine and dandy. We are like we’re going home. Great. [The driver] went down another wrong road and Amber [one of the riders] just said, ‘Just get us where we are going please,’ and the driver got offended by that I’ll take it.”
From there, things escalated quickly, with Brown allegedly making an abrupt stop and yelling “What did you say to me?”
Millard relayed more of the story (below):
“Then, Amber said ‘just get us home please.’ Then Amber said ‘we paid 100% for the ride so we want 100% of the ride.’ [Brown] slammed on her brakes again, and she said she doesn’t need this, ‘get out of my vehicle.’ Amber is still demanding ‘please take us to our house, please take us to our house.'”
From there, one of the women — who was allegedly intoxicated — began to get sick and vomit in the car after all the brake-slamming. That, police allege, is what prompted Brown to get physical.
When she attempted to kick the riders out of her car, the Uber driver allegedly pulled an X-Acto knife and began to stab the two women with Millard.

The police were called, and when authorities arrived, the two women were rushed to a nearby hospital; their condition is unclear at this time.
As for Brown, she was found some distance away parked in her car at a gas station, and she was taken into custody without further incident.
Uber has booted her from the app, after releasing a statement to the media (below):
“What the police reported is appalling and not tolerated on the Uber app. This driver no longer has access to the app and we will work with law enforcement to assist with their investigation.”
OK then.
What an Uber nightmare!!
