Remember a few weeks ago, during an on-camera interview, Uma Thurman said she needed some time before she’d be willing to speak out publicly about the Harvey Weinstein sexual assault and sexual harassment allegations?
Looks like she’s finally ready now.

On Thanksgiving afternoon, Thurman took to her Instagram account to wish all her followers, fans, and others a happy holiday — but it’s what she wrote at the end of her post that is drawing the most attention (below):
H A P P Y T H A N K S G I V I N G I am grateful today, to be alive, for all those I love, and for all those who have the courage to stand up for others. I said I was angry recently, and I have a few reasons, #metoo, in case you couldn├óΓé¼Γäót tell by the look on my face. I feel it├óΓé¼Γäós important to take your time, be fair, be exact, so… Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! Certainly an appropriate thing to think about Weinstein and all of his “wicked conspirators.”
