For anyone who’s never seen an episode of Undercover Boss, the premise is pretty simple!
The CEO or boss of a company goes undercover and spends time with their employers until everyone learns a very valuable lesson! Each episode usually ends with raises, promotions, hugs, and LOTS of teary eyes!
Well a recent episode is rubbing a LOT of people the wrong way, and it’s probably because it ended with a boob job!

That’s right! Doug Guller, founder of Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill (which is exactly what it sounds like), rewarded one of his employees, Babe Grace, by offering to pay for her breast enhancement under the condition she works SUPER hard for six straight months!
To make matters worse, Babe had been fired from the restaurant SEVERAL times in the past for showing up late and for being rude to customers. But hey, nothing says “heartwarming” like second chances, right!
And if that’s not enough to grind your gears, Doug also fired another employee from his self-described “breastaurant” chain because she refused to wear her bikini uniform on camera!
Wow! Whoever thought a misogynistic manager like this would make for uplifting television needs to get their head examined!
