Just more pain for this family.
Usher‘s ex-wife Tameka Foster filed an appeal earlier this month demanding a retrial after Usher was awarded primary custody of their two children.
According to Tameka, she believes that her ex has demonstrated an “inability” to raise their children AND has accused the judge of siding with him after she accepted campaign donations from Usher’s lawyer.
Oh boy…
Well, turns out the judge wasn’t too happy with that and rejected Tameka’s motion, claiming that his lawyer has been donating to her re-election campaign since 2008 – and everybody knows it!
Tameka’s not taking this lying down, however, and plans to appeal…yet again.
