Before jetting off to Brazil to be with his wife – who suffered a plastic surgery “scare” – Usher was in Vegas hanging with Jermaine Dupris and getting inked!

The Love In This Club crooner went to Starlight Tattoo in the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino in Sin City this past weekend, where where legendary tattoo artist Mario Barth was working on a sleeve that holds spiritual meaning for Usher.

Vegas, huh?
