The Veronica Mars Kickstarter Campaign has officially closed having raised some SERIOUZZZ cash! Exactly how much?! $5,702,153!!
Yep, Rob Thomas and Kristen Bell├óΓé¼Γäós dreams of bringing VMars from the small screen to the big screen have come true — and though we├óΓé¼Γäóve known this for a while, it├óΓé¼Γäós worth mentioning that Team Veronica Kickstarter broke TWO records with this campaign.
Not only did they raise nearly three times their Kickstarter goal, they broke the record for highest number of backers, ending with 91,585!
Rob even teased fans with a photo of the completed script!! Eek!!! He tweeted:
