Was Vicki Gunvalson really duped by Brooks Ayers this entire time?
While many fans and Real Housewives of Orange County costars believe Vicki was helping Brooks to concoct a fake cancer storyline, the reality star acted shocked and disgusted after learning on Tuesday that the City of Hope never treated her ex for the disease.

Hmm, this tweet definitely implies that the insurance mogul knew nothing about Brooks’ sick plot! We just wonder if the mom of two’s OC friends will believe her side of the story after all the lies…
As of now, Brooks has yet to speak out publicly about his latest scandal. Hopefully Ayers is held accountable for his actions.
