Vin Diesel is sending extra doses of love to his late friend Paul Walker‘s daughter this week!
To celebrate Meadow Walker‘s 21st birthday on Monday, November 4, the Fast and the Furious star took to Instagram and shared the sweetest throwback picture of her and his four-year-old Pauline Sinclair as a tribute for the special milestone.

Alongside the snap of the birthday girl and his daughter, who was named after Paul, Diesel’s message reads:
“I could say that I am so proud of the person you are becoming… but the truth is I have always been proud of you. Happy Birthday Meadow! I know it’s your 21st and you wanted to go big in Japan, but the family has a cake waiting for you when you get home, so hurry. Love you kid. Uncle Vin.”

As the Riddick star noted in the caption, Meadow is currently traveling in Japan, but she wasn’t too busy to graciously thank the 52-year-old actor for the love! She hopped in the comments and replied:
“Thank you so much. I can’t wait to see you soon. And my little angels. Love you ❤️”
The little angels most likely referred to here are Vin’s kids including his 11-year-old daughter, Hania, nine-year-old son, Vincent, and Pauline (pictured, above).
Back in August, Meadow shared a cute shot of herself embracing Hania on social media and captioned the pic, “with my angel,” so, our prediction sounds about right!
As our readers will recall, Walker and Diesel were extremely close friends back in the day as both rose to worldwide fame in the Fast and the Furious franchise, and it’s clear their families have remained tight despite the thespian’s tragic passing in November 2013.
This also isn’t the first time the action movie star has posted about the Walkers.
In a lengthy IG post celebrating what would’ve been Paul’s 46th birthday this past September, Vin spoke highly of the now 21-year-old while reflecting on his late brother. He wrote:
“Guess what message I woke up to… your daughter. Meadow sending me love on this day. Wow, she knows me so well. She has your heart. Happy birthday… it’s amazing, but somehow you continue to make the world a better place.”
It’s still so hard to believe Paul is gone, but our thoughts are forever with Meadow and the rest of his family, friends, loved ones, and fans who miss him so dearly.
