The pair tied the knot on August 23, 2015, and the cute couple decided to revisit the spot where Vincent popped the question… Disneyland!
He shared a beautiful college to Instagram to commemorate their special occasion:

While the TV star has opted to keep his love life more private, he did actually debut his wedding band on the red carpet as recently as June.
