Vitamin D's Cancer Effect Unclear

Vitamin D Cancer Bones
Unfortunately, Vitamin D’s effect on cancer is still unclear. The good news is, though, that it DOES seem to prevent fractures!
We’re talking taking vitamin d and calcium as supplement and if it’ll help lower the risk of cancer. In the study, the cancer link was pretty inconclusive, but they did find an 11% drop in risk of fracture in bones. In the elderly tested, that percentage jumped to 30%!
More controlled tests are needed for the specifics on cancer though, so we’ll keep you updated with what they come up with!
In the meantime, it still sounds like a good idea to be getting that vitamin D!
