Calm down, crazy…
A video of a woman yelling at a young man and his family for using food stamps at a Walmart is currently going viral, and we can’t help but feel gross about the entire thing.
Not only is the aggressor completely in the wrong for attacking someone in front of his child — and her own kid, for that matter — but it doesn’t seem as though she fully understands how the federal aid program actually works.

For one thing, she’s mostly mad that the dad is stealing money out of her wallet even though he clearly states he’s worked 50-60 hour weeks, meaning he’s more than likely paid taxes in the past.
Plus, who is she to judge who can and can’t use food stamps — clearly the government believes he qualifies for the program.
Even if you DO disagree with the idea of making sure people can stay fed during tough times, go vote; don’t harass an innocent family!
Regardless of your politics, we think we can all agree it’s not very cool to curse at people like that in front of children… on either parents’ part really.
