
Victoria Beckham sure is dedicated to maintaining her super skinny figure.
According to a source, “She thinks she’s the best ambassador for the clothes she designs – so she wants to be model thin,” consequently, she’s allegedly sticking to a strict diet of sashimi and berries.
On the one hand, we kind of agree with her – she does look ferocious in her own designs, better than anyone else who’s worn them – but we think she’d look fab in them in any size! She doesn’t need to forgo foods other than raw fish and berries!
The source goes on to say that her “only indulgence is a glass of wine every evening.” Damn, a whole glass?? On that diet, she must be trashed afterward!
If we take the glass-half-full approach, at least she’s getting protein and some nutrients. But this is hardly a well balanced diet, which, when paired with exercise, really is the only way to be healthy and have a good physique.
We’re not sure we 100% believe this though – a person can’t survive on just raw fish. There’s too much mercury in it! She’d have mercury poisoning if that’s the only thing she ate all day, every day.
Let’s hope this is just another one of those rumors she hates so much.
Whatever she’s doing, though, it’s working! She is definitely model thin. We wouldn’t mind seeing her with a few more pounds on her tiny frame!
