The gorgeous star of Fox’s Prison Break may look like a piece of meat, but he’s got brains inside that pretty little head!
The actor/writer has already gotten one screenplay made and is even in talks to adapt one of Oprah Winfrey‘s book club selections into a feature film!
The Story Of Edgar Sawtelle is a rural take on Hamlet, in which a dog breeder must figure out how to get revenge on his father’s killer.
Winfrey will produce along with Kate Forte, Tom Hanks, and Gary Goetzman.
This won’t even be Wentworth’s first adaptation! He’s currently also working on an American version of the French hit With A Friend Like Harry.
But don’t worry! Thankfully, the dreamboat will stay in front of the camera too, having already wrapped on the thriller Loft!
Talk about a hard worker!
