Zendaya and Tom Holland have big plans for their future together!
As Perezcious readers know, the couple are engaged! The proposal reportedly happened sometime between Christmas and New Year’s when they stayed with Zendaya’s family in the States. Despite being with relatives, no one else was present to watch the Spider-Man: No Way Home actor get down on one knee. It was just Tom and Zendaya! A super intimate and private proposal!

Tom’s dad, Dominic Holland, even confirmed that he was “very incredibly well prepared” to pop the question, saying:
“He had purchased a ring. He had spoken with her father and gained permission to propose to his daughter. Tom had everything planned out… When, where, how, what to say, what to wear…”
Aww! Tom put so much effort and thought into this! Dominic shared that he is a little worried about how their “combined stardom” will impact their relationship. However, he is “completely confident they will make a successful union.” What also helps? The pair already had some important conversations before the engagement, like where they stand on having kids!
According to a source for Us Weekly on Saturday, Tom hopes to have children — and Zendaya feels the same way! Yes, they want to start a family together one day! The inside shared:
“Tom really wants to have a family, and [he] and Zendaya are on the same page about having kids and wanting to start a family together.”
A Tomdaya baby! OMG! The source added that “Tom is absolutely in love with her” and “is very focused on building a family and his career.” And having kids may happen sooner rather than later, you guys! The insider claimed:
“Tom is [a] very old-school English guy in the way that he wants to have a family and have kids relatively young.”
Wow!
It does seem like babies have been on the brain for Tom recently! The Uncharted star told Men’s Health earlier this month that he plans to put acting on hold once he becomes a dad, saying:
“When I have kids, you will not see me in movies anymore. Golf and dad. And I will just disappear off the face of the earth.”
Early retirement for Tom! And we guess Zendaya is on the same page with that plan!
It’s good those two sat down and talked about how they feel about having kiddos! We’ve seen way too many Hollywood marriages go south because a couple didn’t have a conversation on the matter! And we’d absolutely hate for the same fate to happen to Zendaya and Tom! Reactions? Let us know!
