Martina Big used to be known for her enormous breasts. There isn’t exactly a classy way to say that. But it’s true.
The model got the largest breast implants in Europe a while back — 32T — and has been trying to get the biggest in the world. You may have seen her on Botched, where Drs. Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif were shocked at the size of her implants.
They also advised her against similarly large butt implants. Dr. Nassif told People at the time:
“When she came in I thought, ‘Why would someone want to do this to their body and have something so heavy on the front of their chest that could damage them?’ I still ponder what gets in people’s minds and souls, why they do the things they do. Her breasts stuck out about two feet. That means her butt would be more like a cartoon character because it would have to stick out two feet.”
He also worried there could be a “breakdown of the skin” with implants so large. Well… that was in 2017. Since then Martina has found a new obsession, and her skin has kind of been the point. She got melanin injections and did A LOT of at-home tanning to… become Black.

Really, we mean… this is her aim! Look at this transformation!
The German model announced a few years ago she was “very proud to be a black woman now.”
And wouldn’t you know it? She found a man with the same… obsession? Her husband Michael Groß also became “transracial” with her.
Well, now they’ve announced they’re moving to Africa because Martina “feels a deep connection to the African people.” In a new interview reported by The US Sun, she explained:
“Every time I’ve visited Africa though, I’ve felt at home and overwhelmed by the response. Once, as I got out of a taxi, a fan recognised me and a short time later, I was surrounded by a whole crowd of people wanting to take selfies with me and asking me many questions. I can’t wait to live there.”
She said this has been a plan for a long time, as she’s considered herself Black since all the way back in 2019:
“My husband and I had already planned to emigrate a few years ago, but then the pandemic hit. Since most of my modeling jobs are in Europe and the US, Michael fears it will be difficult for me to earn money in Africa. I’ve had to work hard to convince him that this is the best decision for us.”
But there’s still more surgeries to get before they make the move. She says she’s planning to… “widen her nose.” She said:
“It’s especially important that I have my surgeries (buttock augmentation and nose widening) done here in Europe beforehand. Since I want my surgeries very extreme, I don’t know any surgeons in Africa who can do those.”
So where on the continent is she going to go? Which people does she identify with exactly? Oh, she’s not super particular:
“We have received invitations from fans in many African countries and so it hasn’t been easy to choose. Currently, we have Kenya and Namibia on our shortlist.”
On criticism of this awful, horrible, disrespectful thing she’s doing… She says:
“The harsh criticism usually comes from the US via social media. People say things like ‘You’re white, you’ll never be Black’ or say my skin is ‘Blackface’. But I don’t take these comments to heart.”
Yes, we imagine no one is going to make her feel shame about what she’s doing.
