What in the name of all that is O Holy Night?
Melania Trump designed the White House Christmas decorations this year with the theme of “Time-Honored Traditions” — which sounds to us like another Make America Great AGAIN racist dog whistle, but that’s probably just the context of the occupants.

What the First Lady did with the theme, well, based on this preview (above) it’s more German Expressionism meets Tim Burton!
Stephanie Grisham, communications director for FLOTUS, shared some of the first pics on Twitter, and people could not help but get chills — and not in a good way! See some of the most repulsed responses (below)!

I wasn’t sure whether Melania’s White House Christmas decorations were more Pan’s Labyrinth, It, or Stranger Things, so I combined them all. pic.twitter.com/FKkcVHcxlM

The great thing about the White House Christmas decoration is that you probably didn’t even realise it was upside down until I told you. pic.twitter.com/uGOZD6ortd
