He wanted Oprah Winfrey to Make A Difference.

Oscar Ortega-Hernandez asked a college student from Idaho to film a audtion tape for Oprah and the Make A Difference segment
In the tape, Ortega-Hernandez calls himself the second incarnation of Jesus.
He also states that he has a mission to carry out as well.
Ortega-Hernandez was arrested in Pennsylvania Wednesday November 16, 2011 after he fired an assault rifle at the White House Friday November 11.
