Yes, that overly made-up and airbrushed creature is Alli Sims, Britney‘s “cousin” and on/off assistant.
Little Alli wants to be a pop star and had launched a website to help promote her dreams of stardom. The site had been down for a while, but it’s just gone back up with that pic and not much else.
