Ch-ch-check it out! It’s Ron Burgundy himself (Will Ferrell) with some sort of small child… on a swing. In Atlanta, Georgia. We won’t pretend to know what’s going on here, because who knows?? LOLz!
The first installment was so off the wall that anybody’s guess could be right! That mustache is something to behold, though. Daaaaaaamn!
